If you change your mind about a purchase, we are happy to offer you an exchange or refund within 30 days of the purchase date. If an item is faulty, we will meet our obligations under the consumer guarantees act.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with entire contents and accompanied with proof of purchase. Please note that sale items and gift vouchers cannot be returned, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
To complete your return please follow process below.
1. Before you return the item, please contact us to let us know what you are returning, and why. You can contact us by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or phone (027 4115751). At this time, you can let us know whether you would like an exchange or refund.
2. Please send the item back to us within 30 days of purchase date. Please also include proof of purchase, and your contact details. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. We will not be liable for any items lost or damaged in transit, we recommend that you send the item to us using a trackable shipping service.
3. Once we have received your item, we will contact you to finalise the return.
